Gregory D. Chovanes

Greg Chovanes received his B.S., Business Administration-Finance degree, from San Diego State University.

Greg joined LCB Associates in Oakland in April 2011. From January 2008-March 2001, he was a Vice President with Cornish & Carey Commercial in Emeryville; from November 1995-December 2007, a Vice President with NAI BT Commercial in Oakland, and from February 1983-October 1995, a Vice President with CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Oakland.

During his career, Greg has been successful in representing owners, tenants, and buyers with leasing or selling/purchasing real estate. He feels it is important to bring well-balanced knowledge to each assignment – a broker needs to understand the goals of owners and tenants/buyers in order to successfully negotiate a lease or sale. He has a strong background in the Interstate 880/Interstate 80 corridor office building market, but focuses the majority of his time in Downtown Oakland.
