We have experience working with individual owners and Institutional investors, and can custom design a management program that best suits the needs of the property and owner.

We currently manage 39 buildings in Alameda County and 3 buildings in Contra Costa County. Total size of properties managed is approximately 1,000,000± square feet. Our services include; rent collection, budgeting, inspections, accounting, maintenance and repair, construction management, and asset management. Managing our own properties gives us a unique perspective on how to operate efficiently within budget. Years of working with local municipalities give us insights into zoning, building, and other code requirements.
